I am not a nutritionist expert but from my own experience, I can tell the juices has the power to support your well being. It sounds confusing? I was stressed and without any energy. My favourite easy juices:
- Orange, carrot and peaches.
- Cucumber, lemon and apples

You can actually juice anything. Try to mix all kinds of fruits and vegetables. You will see what works the best for you.
There is not really recommended to skip your normal food, but replace one snack with fresh juice is a great start to your healthy diet.
