Minimalism means stripe down to basics. It’s not about the colour, it is about creating the calm place with minimum items what works for you.

I feel the best when I spend my day in a neutral colour rooms and surround myself with basics. It is the way of decorating my home. White kitchen table with the white and neutral chairs and a bit of colour added by having a plants on the kitchen window. The nice touch is a tall standing lamp or large contrasted light shades. To keep the dining area nice and cozy add a little runner under the table. But it’s not really practical if you have kids ;).
